Illinois ASPIRE DistrictsSCHOOL DATA COLLECTION/DEMONSTRATION SITESSchool data collection/demonstration sites provide the primary mechanism for measuring outcomes of Illinois ASPIRE. Each Illinois ASPIRE Region identified school demonstration/data collection sites within their regions through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. In accordance with the RFP, each site made district- and school-level administrative, financial and personnel commitments and agreed to meet parent involvement and data collection and reporting requirements.
