Angela Thomas

Angela Thomas is the External Coach for Manteno Primary. Additionally, she is a school psychologist for Livingston County Special Services Unit, who has been implementing Flexible Service Delivery for the past 10 years. Angela is also on the Illinois Regional Autism team. Professional experiences include: problem-solving, working with children on the Autism Spectrum as well as children with academic and/or social-emotional concerns, individual and group counseling, training on the five big ideas of early literacy, and using Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills.

Jennifer Jewell

Jennifer Jewell, Ph.D. is currently serving as a regional coordinator for Hines Primary and Charter Oak Schools in Peoria, IL. She is a school psychologist and worked for Woodford County Special Education Association, one of the original Flexible Service Delivery sites, for several years. Jennifer's research interest focuses on curriculum-based measurement in the area of written expression. Jennifer is also an adjunct instructor at Bradley University in the Psychology Department.


Lori Hensold

Lori Hensold

Lori Hensold is serving as the regional coordinator for Potomac Grade School in Potomac and for Pine Crest Elementary School in Georgetown. As an Educational Diagnostician for Vermilion Association for Special Education, she assists in the evaluation of students for the presence of learning disabilities and aids teachers in addressing the needs of both special education and general education students. She graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education and has done post-graduate work in the area of Curriculum and Instruction. Her professional interests include systematic reading instruction, parent involvement, and addressing the unique needs of rural schools. Her non-professional interests revolve around her wonderful husband, six amazing children, two lovely daughters-in-law and their beautiful families.


Dawn Lanning

Dawn Lanning

Dawn Lanning is the Regional Coordinator for Williamsfield School District. She currently is a school psychologist for Lincoln Elementary District #27 through Tri-County Special Education Association. Dawn has served on TCSEA's RTI Committee and lead a subgroup on LD Eligibility. Dawn began leading her district toward RTI 2 years ago and enjoys researching reading interventions and working with children in intervention groups in her schools. Dawn and one of her fellow school psychologists, Kelly McCraith, were the recipient of the Innovative Practice Grant from IAASE for implementing the reading comprehension CBM MAZE measure to determine how teachers felt how accurately it measured student's reading comprehension skills.


Paula Clark

Paula Clark

Paula Clark is serving as the Regional Coordinator for Cuba Elementary and Okaw Valley Elementary schools. She has 33 years teaching experience as a general education teacher, having taught grades Kindergarten, First, Second and Fifth. Paula completed her undergraduate and graduate work at Eastern Illinois University. She resides on her family farm near Dalton City with her husband.


Kelly McCraith

Kelly McCraith

Kelly McCraith is the regional coordinator for Charter Oak elementary in Peoria, IL. She has worked as a school psychologist for the past 12 years for Tri-County Special Education Association, serving Lincoln High School and Mt Pulaski Grade School and High School. Kelly has been working with her school districts to implement academic interventions and improve their problem-solving teams. Kelly especially enjoys conducting academic intervention groups, measuring student progress with curriculum-based measures, and working with teachers and parents to develop appropriate intervention plans for students.
